Marching Through Georgia #3
USD $ 5.00
The Evil Dead meets Django Unchained as a squad of Union soldiers search for deserters outside Savannah near the end of the Civil War.
Marching Through Georgia is told through two parallel tales that intertwine throughout the story. The first present day tale tells the story of a squad of Union soldiers searching for deserters outside of Savannah near the end of the Civil War, after Sherman’s famous March To The Sea. The second tale tells of a time just before the Civil War as two children, a slave girl named Elodie and a slave master’s son named William, grow up together on a sugar cane plantation in rural Louisiana. As the soldiers findings become more gruesome and the sun begins to fade, the mystery of the horrors they confront begins to unravel in the telling of the doomed story of Elodie and William.
