The Phantom #74-Fine (5.5 – 7)

The Phantom of 1776 travels to America to rescue a the Chief of the U-Thongii's son, Tsu-Mok, from slavery. While in America he visits his friend Benjamin Franklin and witnesses the signing of the Declaration of Independence.
