The New Teen Titans #3

Known Justice League villain Doctor Light calls together a new team of super-villains, the Fearsome Five. The team consists of himself, Psimon, Mammoth, Gizmo and Shimmer. Doctor Light decides to prove the team's value as a force to be reckoned with by destroying the New Teen Titans.
