 Free Comic Book Summer
is Almost Over!
Free Comic Book Day, is traditionally scheduled to take place the first Saturday in May each year. However, the impact and spread of COVID-19 prevented the event from being celebrated at its normal time this year.
Now, the beloved event has been rescheduled and reworked to take place throughout July and early September effectively making it Free Comic Book Summer!
Now through Sept 9th we will be getting a few Free Comic Book Day (FCBD) books each week!
- You can get one FCBD book just for stopping by!
- Get a second FCBD book with any purchase.
- Get more FCBD comics with monetary donations to select charities, like Gleaners Community Food Bank

A graphic novel biography of Jack Kirby, from his days growing up during the Great Depression and discovering a love for sci-fi, to his time on the frontlines of World War II where he experienced the action he'd later imbue his comics with, and on to his collaborations at Marvel with Stan Lee, where the pair redefined comics. Eisner-nominated artist, Tom Scioli, whose work is greatly influenced by Jack Kirby, expertly captures the evolution of Kirby's artstyle throughout the years.
