Having given up his Clark Kent identity to be the Man of Steel 24/7, Superman decides to see how Aquaman deals with being full-time ruler of over 3/4 of the globe. While visiting, he lends Aquaman a hand in dealing with the explosive villain known as Shrapnel (dating back from Erik Larsen's DOOM PATROL days).
