Part 2 of a 4-part epic revealing the unimaginable secrets of Tommy's rival, assassin Ringo Chen! The tension between Tommy and Ringo escalates, now becoming apparent even to the crew at Noonan's. Tommy pays a visit to Wendy to try and defuse the situation and explain that Ringo may even hang up his guns for her ? of course, that's when Ringo enters Wendy's apartment and finds them together. Meanwhile, Waterman and his gun-toting thugs are hot on Ringo's trail and hell is about to break loose!
