"Armor Chase" Part 1 of 2. Jim Rhodes is ready to leave Stane (formerly Stark) International! However before Rhodey can depart, he must secure all of Tony's former Iron Man suits! But Obadiah Stane wants those old suits of armor too! And so does Nick Fury at SHIELD! With help from Morley Erwin, the new Shell-Head gains access to Tony's private laboratory! And after fighting off the pesky Knight, Rhodey (and Morley) fly the extra suits of armor into the Atlantic Ocean! But Nick Fury saw where they submerged! And SHIELD is coming for them next issue!
