Neon Cyber #3-Fine (5.5 – 7)

A powerful mafia boss is murdered, and the prime suspect is Neon, but where is he? If he's innocent, why doesn't he contact his friends? The other gangs are united together, and it looks like they're pointing the finger at the Neon Dragons. It's up to Takeo to try and hold the other gangs at bay while he tries to get to the bottom of what could be the end of the Neon Dragons.
