Neopolis police officer Jeff Smax and his partner Toybox are finally brought face-to-face with a monster from Smax's past: the hideous dragon known as Morningbright, killer of all things good and innocent. But things don't go well - and since Robyn's toys don't work on Smax's homeworld (a bit of information that comes at a most inopportune time), they go downright badly!
