Return to the Mad Dog Ward Part 2 of 3. "Brainstorm!" The deranged doctor who runs the Mad Dog Ward has a new patient called Brainstorm! And his prized pupil needs a field test to measure his abilities. So the doctor sends Brainstorm to capture the Daily Bugle reporter -- who's been asking too many questions about the Mad Dog Ward. However the Bugle reporter is working with the Bugle photographer -- who was bitten by a radioactive spider! Thus Brainstorm gets his field test in spades vs. the Amazing Spider-Man!
