"The Man Who Would Be Spider-Man!" While stopping a robbery in progress, the wondrous wall-crawler is unmasked! And in a remarkable coincidence, Lance Bannon happens to be nearby to snap a picture! Will Peter Parker's secret identity be exposed? Apparently not, because in the next day's newspaper, the Daily Bugle misidentifies the web-slinger as a guy named Phil. What?! And to make the situation even more bizarre, Phil holds a news conference to announce his new not-for-profit Spider-Man foundation…and line of retail products! The real wall-crawler is stunned by Phil's audacity and vows to get to the bottom of this mystery! And the operative word in this case is definitely "mystery" (or perhaps Mysterio)! Second Story: "Still Living in Fear" Bloodshed (last seen in Web of Spider-Man 81) is still on the run from the crime syndicate that's trying to kill him! And once again the Spectacular Spider-Man will try to protect him from the bad guys and himself! Third Story: "Just a Joe Named Guy", The web-slinger chases the Rhino and bumps into a powerful creature named Guy.
