"Cam Rahn Bay." When dolphins in marine parks begin killing their trainers, Mulder and Scully are called in. They find all of the dolphins involved were originally part of a military operation in Vietnam. Now it appears someone is controlling the dolphins, causing them to revert to their earlier training.
