"Casualties of War!" Part 2 of 2. In the dimension of Kosmos, the Thunderbolts have been sentenced to death! However before the sentence can be carried out, the bloody civil war raging across Kosmos reaches the imperial palace! And in a dramatic reversal, the ruling primotur asks the T-Bolts for help in squashing the rebellion.
