"Life Lessons" Guest-starring the Black Widow. On a rainy night in Manhattan, MACH-1 and Songbird defeat a large creature called Ogur! And on their way back to the T-Bolts' headquarters, they run into the Black Widow! Apprehensively, the erstwhile Masters of Evil stop to talk to her. The widow tells MACH-1 and Songbird about an early battle fought between the second roster of avengers (Captain America, Hawkeye, Quicksilver, Scarlet Witch) and the Radioactive Man. A fight in which Clint, Pietro, and Wanda showed that they could leave their criminal pasts behind and become heroes! Why is Natasha telling this tale to the former Beetle and ex-grappler? Is time running out on the Thunderbolts' ruse?
