Part 2 of the 4-part "The Nativity." The Authority broke all the rules and made a promise to mankind that they would build a better world. Now the conflict begins in earnest as another, very familiar group of super-humans make it clear that the Authority aren't the only ones who know how the rest of us should live our lives.
