Return/Refund Policy

All sales are final.

There are no refunds on preorder items.

We do not allow returns due to defects in the manufacturing process.

We take great care in shipping out our orders, if you receive an item that has damage not caused by the mail carrier please contact us via email at contact@legacycomics.com for exchanges.  If exchange is not available we will send a refund.

Please inspect your order and contact us within 48 hours if you received the wrong item or if we sent you a damaged copy that wasn’t stated in the item description.

We refund when items are out of stock when online inventory doesn’t match our actual in stock inventory.

We do not guarantee any grades on items shipped but do our best to ship comics in the Nearmint range.  If items received are damaged beyond the Nearmint range and are not printing flaws such as print roll creases, color rubbing, and other print related defects, we will attempt to replace first before refunding.  Our grading decision is final and we must consider the item below a 9.0 on the comic grading scale to qualify for a replacement or refund.

Alll comic books are bagged and boarded.
