The Comic Book Shop! does not accept returns nor offer refunds where the customer has changed their mind about a product or is dissatisfied with the content of a book.
Manufacturer's defects will be replaced or refunded. Faulty products must be returned to The Comic Book Shop at 1855 Marsh Rd, Wilmington, DE.
If you are unsure of any aspect of the item or cost, please enquire directly with the store by calling 302.477.1119 or emailing comicshop@thecomicbookshop.com. Our crew is familiar with most items in store will respond promptly.
PayPal is available to complete your purchase.
For "Latest Releases" items that are listed as "Sold Out", please enquire as to the availability of re-orders at comicshop@thecomicbookshop.com.
Many items arriving each week are individual customer orders that we do not intend to carry as general stock, however we may be able to order them in for you.
If an order is received for an item that is currently not in store, and a delay of more than ten days is expected, we will notify you and ask if you wish to cancel the order, or wait for it to be restocked.
